We took a set of pages from our tracking sheet (link) and performed a character-level match against the content in the ILO PROSPECTS CMS. On several pages (marked in red in the sheet), the content has changed from what was last captured in the sheet. When we checked the edit details, the result was inconclusive. We currently cannot trace which text changed, only that the particular page was updated at a specific date-time.

Key stakeholders
Issue: Unexplained character-level content changes on tracked pages without clear revision history detailing exact diffs.
Action Items: System debugging to trace programmatic/automated update triggers; keep ticket open across flagged pages.
