This report aims to strengthen institutional learning within the ILO and guide future programming in forced displacement contexts by providing practical insights and evidence-based recommendations. Additionally, it seeks to reinforce and expand ILO’s partnerships and joint areas of engagement under the humanitarian-development-peace nexus (HDPN), ensuring more coordinated, effective, and sustainable support for forcibly displaced populations and their host communities.
