Overview
Employment services play a key intermediary role in the labour market by referring job-seekers WPL to employment opportunities that match their skills, qualifications and training, thus enhancing their employability. PROSPECTS worked to extend the reach of employment services in refugee-hosting areas, in support of more equal employment opportunities. To ensure (PSE) sustainability of the measures, the programme also provided support (BPL) upstream by strengthening employment services policies, systems and structures.
